Hello there! Welcome to my little corner where I get to express myself and share my relationship with Christ  unapologetically.  I am so glad you are here.

My name is Lolade, and I am on a mission to discover more about Christ everyday, grow and maintain my relationship with Christ for myself and to help others do the same.

My Christian walk started a little over 15 years ago as a convert from Islam. I had to learn about Christ so I went searching for teachers but never really searched for Him myself.

2016 came and changed all that. I had just had my 3rd child, and got hit with postpartum depression.

The only thing that eased that dilemma was the Word of God, the written word and the Living word. I started to learn a lot about Him myself from the Bible and each time spent in fellowship was a new revelation and encounter.

Few months down the line as I was discovering and reeling in my new found love of Christ, I had to help a friend  through her own issues and I told her the only thing that gave me peace was staying in the word of God. She heeded my advice and started to study the Bible and through that the Lifted Bible Study was birthed November 2016.

Jeremiah 29:13 says “If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me “.

I always say God does not play hide and seek with us, He desires for us to seek Him and know Him. so if you are on a journey to know the truth about the gospel of Christ, to know Him more, to experience His true nature, to be renewed by Him and be more like Him, and discover more through His word and your personal relationship with Him, then you have come to the right place.

It does not matter where you are in your walk, a new convert from any other religion, a born Christian, a long time believer looking for fresh breath and a rekindling with Christ, you are at the right place, we can do this together, we are in this together.

My prayer is that as we take this journey together, that you experience Him more, build and grow your relationship with Him, know the truth from His word and be transformed and be more like Him in Jesus name.
